At Coastal Stylish, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
RETURN POLICY
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Final sale items, including clearance products, cannot be returned.
HOW TO RETURN
- Visit coastalstylish.com and log into your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
- Pack the item securely and attach the label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier.
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
